THYROID !!!!

The biggest misconception of people with thyroid is that if they dont eat,they lose weight....although its just the opposite friends!!!
hypo and hyper thyroid are common disorders these days.many patients start allopathic medicines for it and than forget to get a regular check up of their thyroid levels and the result is a hypothyroid patient becomes hyperthyroid and vice versa.besides medicine one shud know the role of diet and yoga in controlling thyroid .people do laugh when i ask them to eat well,sleep well and work out lot...but its a fact that by eating properly and on time u stimulate ur thyroid gland and it functions properly.by yoga u tone up ur muscles and make thyroid gland active so that it can produce balanced hormones.

DIABETES MANAGEMENT WITH DIET!!!

Diabetes being almost a common partner of all families in this world is gradually overpowering every person's mind...people dont eat sweets thinking that they mite get Diabetes...!!!But according to me instead of leaving only sweets you should opt for a healthy diet which shud include proportionate carbs,proteins,fats and minerals.In PHCC,i treat people wid homeopathic medicines but my main stress is on lifestyle changes i.e- diet,exercise and handling day to day stress on their own.Uptill now around 30- 40 cases of diabetes i hav handled in one year and all of them are showing marked improvement just by their will power and determination to get cure!!!
